An overall great experience!! Our family looked at many different golf cart dealerships in the area before making our final investment with Paul and Logan at American Pride. From the second we walked in the door to the moment the cart was delivered we were treated with respect and overwhelmed by the knowledge and kindness everyone at American Pride demonstrated from start to finish.

We were given the opportunity to express our exact needs to the American Pride team and choose from a variety of options and features. It was a fun experience being able to partner with American Pride and build a cart that fulfilled our needs and our budget. We were able to choose ANY body color, seat color/material, wheels, etc. It was clear they wanted us to get the most bang for our buck! It was a huge plus that all the parts and components are made in America! James also did a very thorough walk around when delivering the cart. He explained all the maintenance and operational features that would help us prolong the life of the cart and batteries. Things we never knew were explained in detail and made simple.

Overall, American Pride set themselves apart from the other local dealers we visited by being honest, up-front, friendly. They fulfilled their promise to provide a superior cart. There attention to detail is amazing! The entire team from Paul, Logan, James and the shop were as professional as they come. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family. They are truly passionate about their product, the golf cart industry, and making customers feel good about their investment!

Wow! What a great experience. This was my first time buying a golf cart and not having any experience with them previously Logan really took me through step by step. I didn't feel like he tried to pressure me or up-sell me either. Even after I purchased my cart I emailed Logan month's later a question I had and he responded within 24 hours. Customer service is excellent. I have since referred many people to Logan and American Pride. Quality carts, excellent customer service. By the way...I vetted many other options and retailers prior to making any purchases. American Pride did not disappoint.

What a great family owned business. I went into American Pride today because I needed to get a flat tire from my golf cart looked at and without any hesitation Logan took it in the back garage and fixed it for me within 10 minutes and did not even take a cent not many very kind people in the world like this. I was ready to purchase a golf cart at another dealer, at the last minute my wife and I decided to check out AMERICAN PRIDE GOLF CARTS in Bradenton. Logan was very professional, he insisted that my wife test drive a couple different carts we were interested in, to make sure she was comfortable, then he answered all my questions and helped me set up our cart that would best suit our needs. I have to tell you he even steered me away from a couple of accessories I was thinking about because in his words, "I might feel it was money not well spent". He then gave us a price that was a much better value for our money and a MUCH NICER cart. After delivering right on the date he promised, there was a small issue with the cart, Logan had it picked up immediately to correct the problem. It was then that I met his business partner Paul who happens to be his dad, well Logan and Paul got right on it corrected the issue and delivered the cart back to us the next day.
